Our approach
Quiet Peak Studios collects as little information as practical. This website is designed to explain our work and provide a direct path for conversation without behavioral advertising or unnecessary tracking.
Contact messages
The email link opens your own email application. If you send a message, it is handled by your email provider and ours. We use that information only to respond, maintain appropriate business records, and continue a conversation you initiated.
Technical information
Our hosting provider may process routine technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser type, request time, and security logs. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party marketing trackers.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers when necessary to operate the site or respond to a request, or when required by law. Email correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for business, legal, or security purposes.
